MetLife Dental Customer Service Line

Let me start off with...ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET THROUGH AND SPEAK TO A LIVE PERSON! I tried so many different combination's through their phone system to get through, and it wasn't until I did a google search on the number that I found someones suggestion on how to get through.

3) Press 1
4) Key Social Followed by # sign
5) Press 5
6) Press 5

Whala, you are now talking to a live customer service rep. They were very courteous and helpful! The phone system however is a frickan nightmare.
